Extension for Video Rig Systems
This pin extends any connection equipped with an ARRI rosette by 76 mm. This makes it possible, for example, to bring handles, or any other components of the rig that can be mounted in this way, to a distance. Built for Mutabilis and Aptaris, but compatible with all other equipment with this connection.
The ARRI rosette
In 1972, ARRI first introduced a variable, stable and at the same time torsion-proof mounting option for handles on its cameras. The rosette has 60 concentric notches, which allow the attached accessories to be adjusted in 6° increments. In the past, an M6 screw was used for fastening, but today there are also 1/4-inch versions. This connection provides a stable, torsion-proof and durable connection between two, in this case three, components.
