The Mantona UNA 45 is a lightweight and very stable and user-friendly aluminium monopod. The quality and functionality of this monopod is significantly higher than that of simple entry-level tripods, despite its low price. The working height of 52 to 180 cm offers enough reserves for optimal perspective even for tall photographers. Due to the high load capacity of up to 10 kg, even heavy DSLR SLR cameras can be securely mounted without any shake. The built-in Flip-Lock lever locks work very reliably and are extremely easy to operate. In combination with the bulky tripod tubes (16 to 32 mm) they provide excellent stability. You can mount your equipment directly onto the 1/4 inch thread connection. The UNA 45 is therefore ready for use within seconds and is ideally suited for landscape, sports and animal photography.

Extra high working height and compact dimensions
The UNA 45 is only 52 cm long and weighs only 650 g when collapsed. This means that it can be stored anywhere within the transport bag supplied and does not burden you, even on longer tours. With a maximum height of 180 cm (without tripod head) it offers a comfortable working height even for tall photographers. By 1/4 inch thread connection you can fasten your equipment directly on the tripod.

High load capacity and excellent stability
The 5 tripod leg segments made of a high-strength and lightweight aluminium alloy ensure uncomplicated and quick assembly of the monopod. For us at Mantona, the use of 5 leg segments is the ideal compromise between a short pack size, easy handling, excellent stability and a particularly high maximum height. The high load capacity of up to 10 kg is achieved by the well thought-out design and the use of very stable tripod tubes. With diameters of 32, 28, 24, 20 and 16 mm, the 5 column tubes of the UNA 45 have a professional format and ensure optimum stability even under heavy loads. Thus even heavy DSLR SLR cameras with large lenses, but also spotting scopes and binoculars find a very secure and stable hold. Also for Run & Gun reporting, this monopod provides reliable service and high-quality results.

Optimum operating comfort due to adjustable leg locks
The built-in Flip-Lock lever locks are particularly user-friendly. With this type of leg locks, you always know whether the tripod legs are really fully locked. The locks are locked or unlocked with one click and hold the tripod securely in the selected position. One of the reasons for the excellent stability of the UNA 45 is certainly the locking clamps used. These are very solid and generously dimensioned and guarantee a firm hold even after years of use. To dampen the tripod legs during extension, a rubber damper ring is fitted between the individual tripod leg segments. This protects the material, and the well-known loud clicking sound when tripod legs are extended independently is avoided. For optimum function even after a long period of use, these leg locks can be readjusted and fine-tuned at any time using the enclosed hexagon socket wrenches. Fine adjustment also allows you to adjust the smoothness of the locks to your preferences at any time. Somewhat tighter or rather very smooth-running - with the Mantona UNA 45 you can control it yourself!

Large sponge rubber grip and hand strap
At the upper end of the tripod there is a foam rubber handle. This ensures a secure grip even in cold or damp weather and prevents cold fingers. The mounted hand strap can be used both when carrying but of course also when using as a walking stick very well.
