Nodal point adapter for professional results
Panoramic photography is a particularly popular technique for landscape and interior photography. The images convey a particularly realistic and spatial impression of a particular object. Although the partial images required for panoramic photography can also be achieved with normal digital cameras without additional accessories, their results are often imprecise and then distorted and unprofessional when stitched together.
This Nodal Point Panorama Head from mantona provides a remedy for this problem. With its stable rails, the millimetre-precise scales, the practical spirit level and the professional application possibilities, it ensures high-quality results. With the panorama head, your camera or lens is rotated around the optical centre, the nodal point. This avoids the parallax shift between the individual shots, which would be very difficult or impossible to compensate for afterwards.
The system of vertical and horizontal rails with scales accurate to the millimetre ensures precise settings in constant angular increments. You can easily set the exact angle of rotation (possible are 2x180°, 3x120°, 6x60°, 4x90° or 8x45°) with the turntable. You can select the rotation steps depending on the lens attached. A spirit level on the head ensures precise levelling.
