The mantona Turnaround 360 automatic tripod head, revision 2, is a panorama pan arm for use with cameras and photo equipment weighing up to 2.0 kg. All DSLR, full format, mirrorless and digital cameras as well as action cams and smartphones (using the optional adapter) can be attached to this tripod head.
Version 2 of this tripod head has been improved upon compared with its predecessor, and with its impressive technical features, it is the ideal tool for both professionals and amateurs.
Top quality components for optimum results
Equipped with a battery-operated motor, this panorama head can rotate over a pre-defined period in pre-defined steps up to 360° around its own axis (see details). The head can rotate in both a clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Intervals of 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes or the speed can be set for one rotation. This device is really simple and intuitive to operate, using just three buttons, and ensuring high-quality results for all.
Precise housing with high max. load
A high-quality, electronically controlled motor has been integrated into the very sturdy and precisely made aluminium housing of the mantona Turnaround 360° automatic tripod head, rev. 2. The even greater performance and precision of this motor ensures that this tripod head moves very evenly and without shaking, even with heavy equipment weighing up to 2 kg (see details on load).
The motor is powered by an integrated lithium polymer battery with a 1,200 mAh capacity. This battery can be charged – or even operated – with a micro USB cable (included) with usual chargers found for sale, or via a power bank. The battery, when fully charged, can provide operation for 4 to 6 hours (regardless of the weight and speed of rotation).
Wide range of connectivity possibilities
The mantona Turnaround 360 automatic tripod head, rev. 2, has a 1/4-inch thread connector on the top. On the bottom of the tripod head, there is a 3/8-inch and a 1/4-inch thread (with installed adapter). This means the tripod head can be attached securely and quickly to any usual photo and video tripod generally on sale with the corresponding thread connector. A rubber layer on the top of the tripod head ensures it can be secured to the equipment without slipping.
