Extra compact and lightweight
The ultra-compact and lightweight design makes the lens a perfect travel companion. Thanks to the convenient close-up limit of 90 cm, long-distance, close-up and detail shots are easily taken. This is achieved through the design as a mirror lens. Not only does the lens have a higher light intensity (f/6.3) than comparable lens lenses, but it also comes in very handy: its overall length of approx. 74 mm and weight of 320 g simply mean: always with you. This short design is achieved by an optical trick: the beam path, which is usually 30 cm long, is simply "folded" by means of two high-precision ground ring mirrors, just like in a reflecting telescope.

Exceptional picture quality
Thanks to multiple coating, ghost images are significantly reduced. Sharpness and contrast are excellent from center to edge. The infinitely variable focus allows you to focus precisely in all shooting situations. The highlights in the Bokeh are donut-shaped in a one-of-a-kind way and make your pictures even more unique.

Filter thread
The 300mm F6.3 lens has two filter threads. One at the front with a diameter of 58 mm and one at the rear with a diameter of 25.5 mm.

Using an APS-C lens on a camera with full-frame sensor
Some lenses developed for cameras with APS-C sensors can also be used on cameras with full-format sensors (mainly by using an adapter). Due to the significantly smaller image circle of APS-C lenses, the sensor area outside the image circle is black. The usable area of the image photographed with a full format camera thus equals that of a camera with an APS-C sensor and is correspondingly smaller. Therefore, the images have to be trimmed during post processing. In the video field, this method requires framing in post-production. The use of APS-C lenses on full frame cameras is therefore possible, but not recommended.
