Simple mounting on Walimex pro Advanced 173 SH
The quick-release plate for the Walimex pro Advanced 173 SH video tripod is exactly the same as the original plate included with the tripod. It is simply screwed to the camera housing with the 1/4" camera screw supplied and then remains on the camera. The camera screw can easily be turned through the slot on the underside with a coin or a screwdriver.
The rubber coating on the upper side of the quick-release plate prevents involuntary movement of the camera and guarantees its secure hold. The additional rubber stopper on the underside helps to avoid losing the camera screw during transport or when not in use.

Optimal when using multiple cameras
A quick-release plate (also known as camera plate) is often used in photo and video technology. It is a helpful means for quickly exchanging equiment, e.g. cameras, on tripod heads.
