Perfect fit for Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 2.5K and Production Camera 4K
Specially developed for the popular Blackmagic Design Cinema 2.5 K and Production Camera 4 K film cameras, the system adapts 100% to your camera. The camera is simply attached to the cage via its 1/4 inch thread.

Rods above and below the cage for maximum flexibility
Thanks to a large number of 1/4-inch threads around the cage, any number of accessories such as a microphone, monitor or LED light can be attached as required. A special highlight are the rod modules already mounted above and below the cage. You can attach accessories such as Follow Focus and Mattebox directly to the 250 mm long rods (15 mm light weight support Industry Standard LWS) and are therefore particularly flexible in use. Of course, the stainless steel rods can also be unscrewed at any time. For use on a tripod, the lower rod module features a sturdy, particularly resilient 3/8 inch tripod thread. Additional flexibility in use is provided by the adjustable handle, which can be mounted at the top, bottom or side as required. This also allows filming close to the ground. In any case, access to the battery compartment, memory card etc. remains unrestricted.

Many extension and combination possibilities
Aptaris is a system. That's why you can expand the cage to a full-fledged rig with the Aptaris grip and the shoulder support module. Additional practical accessories such as a cable protection, a lens support or a monitor holder complete the Aptaris system.
