Lightweight carbon tripod
The Walimex pro WT-890T Pro tripod made of lightweight carbon is extandable on up to 134cm. The center column is equipped with a 1/4 inch thread, so that heads and panheads can be mounted. With the quick-release fasteners you can adjust the tripod due to your requirements at any time. The moss rubber coating always provides ease of use and convenient carrying. The center column is removable and reversible. Therewith, you can realize pictures taken near ground level, or macro shots for example.
Work on any surface
The tripod is suited for every surface. You can either use the rubber feet for rigid surfaces, or the spikes for soft ground, e.g. grassland or forest. An olive-green carrying bag with additional small outside pocket completes the lot.
Ball head: maximum usability thanks to user-friendly operation
As the link between tripod and camera, the ball head has an important role to play, ensuring that a camera or other photographic equipment is securely held in place. Compatibility across the market
Both the quick release plate and the ball head can also be combined with release plates from other manufacturers (e.g. Manfrotto 200PL). This means you can leave your quick release plates attached to your photographic gear and just click your camera (e.g.) onto the ball head. Accordingly, this makes the Walimex FT-002H Pro ball head the perfect choice for use with digital, DSLR, compact or DSLM cameras, and as a universal ball head for attaching photographic equipment.
Lightweight, rugged and versatile
Lightweight and robust, the Walimex FT-002H Pro ball head holds up to 5 kg of gear. It is equipped with a friction-based lock-and-release lever for operating the ball head. The ball head also features two drop notches for very quick format changes. The Walimex FT-002H Pro ball head has a height of 90 mm, and tips the scales at 289 g, including its standard quick release plate. The quick release plate is slotted into place quickly and easily from the side or the top. A quick-action lock with a lever-and-clip mechanism locks your camera safely into place and reliably prevents the plate accidentally working itself loose.
The quick release plate is rubber-coated to ensure a stable, snug fit for your camera. The quick release plate is made of precisely-milled aluminium and comes with a 1/4-inch mounting screw. The ball head itself features a 3/8-inch threaded hole on the base for mounting onto any industry-standard tripod. Tripods with a 1/4-inch mount can naturally be used if desired by using one of the two included 3/8- to 1/4-inch thread adapters.
