The XEEN Meister Cine lenses offer something new for cinematographers: full-frame image circle, extremely fast, lightweight and compact, all at an affordable price. The completely redesigned lenses offer the ability to selectively control flare and ghosting to create dramatic effects. The new line of cine lenses feature a barrel made of titanium, a very strong lightweight metal that makes the lenses suitable for moving camera such as handheld or use on drone. The compact, lightweight and extremely powerful lenses offer unprecedented creative freedom.
Full-frame image circle for professional cameras
With its large image circle of 43.2 mm, the lens serves professional cine cameras such as ARRI Alexa, Sony Venice, RED Helium / Gemini / Dragon, Canon C300 / C700, is suitable for all S35 sensors as well as all full-frame cameras. Of course, the beam path delivers crystal clear and crisp image content to the edge.
Compact design, great performance
With a length of 122 mm and a diameter of 127 mm, the XEEN Meister lenses fit easily into almost any rig. Thanks to the use of the light metal titanium, the lenses hardly weigh in at approx. 2.0 kg each. The gear rims for the follow focus and the iris are mounted in the same place on all XEEN Meister lenses, which greatly simplifies lens changes when shooting. The highly luminescent lettering on both sides facilitates work even in dark environments.
Convincing inner qualities
Users of the lenses from this series will be pleased with the great optical qualities. A resolution of over 8K and a very fast open aperture of T 1.3 are not enough: The specially developed X-Coating coating ensures the highest image quality. The highlights in the soft bokeh are shaped particularly harmoniously round by the aperture with 13 blades.
Focus smoothly and precisely
The long focus path of 300° allows the focus to be positioned extremely precisely even with the aperture open. The naturally stepless aperture has a path of 92° and is selectable from T 1.3 to T 16.
